Aramex PJSC established a new Board of Directors Compensation Policy, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting in 2026.
Annual fixed remuneration is set at AED 700,000 for the Board Chairperson and AED 400,000 for each Board Member, with additional committee attendance fees of up to AED 15,000 per meeting.
The policy caps aggregate annual fixed remuneration at 10% of net profit for the fiscal year after deducting depreciation and reserves.
Compensation will be paid entirely in cash, with no provision for equity, performance-based bonuses, or variable long-term incentive schemes.
