Suspend trading on Fujairah Building Industries P.S.C-FBI shares on 07 May 2026 at 11:00 AM

Trading of Fujairah Building Industries P.S.C (FBI) shares will be temporarily suspended on May 7, 2026, starting at 11:00 AM.
The suspension is due to a Board of Directors meeting scheduled to take place during the ADX trading session.
Trading will remain suspended until the exchange receives the results of the board meeting.
The decision was issued by the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) under Resolution No. (405) of 2026.
